1 /5 Diana Basmajian: I hesitated to bring my Longines watch here for a battery change after seeing reviews about scratched watch backs, but unfortunately, I gave them a chance. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake. I dropped off my watch on a Saturday, requesting a battery change and the addition of links I provided. To ensure careful handling, I even took pictures beforehand and told Liliana to take her time—I was fine picking it up on Tuesday. When I got it back, not only had they removed links instead of adding the ones I gave, but the battery stopped working within hours. Worse, the watch backing had a noticeable scratch from their attempt to open it. When I pointed it out, the staff dismissed my concerns, saying it was “normal” and that if she had used her own tools from home, it wouldn’t have happened. After the watch stopped working, they asked me to bring it back so they could check it or send it to a watch repairman. Instead, I took it to a trusted jeweler at the mall, who replaced the battery in 20 minutes. It’s been working perfectly for weeks now. Save yourself the trouble—go somewhere else!

1 /5 Mike T: we have purchased several things here over the years, going back to when it was rainbow jewelers. In the past they always had professional people working in there. no longer the case. I brought a couple of watches in for a simple battery replacement and it turned into a 30 day fiasco. Either no communication or miscommunication was the rule of the day. They lost a good customer there is nothing to talk about, both employees in the store were extremely unprofessional, I had to repeat the same phone number four times before she got it correct, they never contacted me – I had to chase them to find out where my watches were . One was even eating her lunch and still chewing when she came out to talk to me after I waited almost 10 minutes. After all this trouble, and they knew I was upset, when the watches were finally ready they didn’t even do a courtesy clean on them. They were all full of fingerprints and smudges. I will never, I repeat NEVER, step foot in that establishment again

2 /5 cynthia puleo: This establishment has been sold and my recent experience was less than satisfactory. Had a battery replace and my watch was not working when l walked out. Went back in immediately and they check the battery they replaced and it was working so they reset the watch and claimed it was possible my watch needed to be repaired. After a few days my watch would stop and start. I decided to go elsewhere for another battery and now my watch is working perfectly.
