5 /5 Michael Beverly: This is a nice store. I’ve shopped here twice, once for something entry-level and once for something mid-level. Both visits were exceptional. They’ll treat you respectfully no matter what you’re looking for and the sales associates are chill. Jennifer was my sales associate. She has a relaxed demeanor and went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Exchanges are painless and most importantly, I really love the item I ended up with. Thank you DY Michigan Ave.

5 /5 Quinton Jackson: I love DY and this is the only location I’ve ever gone to for in person shopping. I wish they were more organized about having a queue to serve people in the order they arrive. However, I’ve never waited an extremely long time to be helped. Everyone here is always kind and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience!

5 /5 Sabrina Nizzi: I am writing this in the Chicago/ Michigan Ave David Yurman store after I had the most amazing service from Stacy, the assistant manager. I came in with a pair of vintage earrings that badly needed cleaning. Stacy was so very kind and welcoming to me. She took the time to clean them completely and even gave me a pouch to take them home safely. The store is beautiful but the service makes it a true gem. Thank you Stacy and I will be sure to come back and bring some friends:)) such a wonderful experience. Thank you!

5 /5 Jonathan Leonard: I was in a bit of a bind — I needed to pick up a birthday present last minute and ended up getting stuck in traffic. I wasn’t sure I’d make it before the store closed, but I gave them a call, and they were incredibly accommodating. They understood the situation right away and went out of their way to make sure everything was ready for me. When I arrived, just before closing, the gift was perfectly boxed and ready to go. The presentation was beautiful, and the service couldn’t have been better. What could have been a super stressful situation turned out to be a great experience, all thanks to the wonderful team at this location. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, kind, and genuinely seemed happy to assist. It’s not often you find that level of customer service anymore. Thank you Stacy! I really appreciate the extra effort they put in, and I’ll definitely be coming back
