If they dont have what you need Bruce will go to his warehouses to find your items. Teresa has wonderful jewelry classes and just had her first video jewelry class. It was wonderful!!! I Loved IT. Travis Williams I stopped in on a random Wednesday afternoon to get my bracelet re-sized. They knocked it out in 10 minutes and didn’t charge for it. Awesome customer service. I will use these guys in the future.

He made me feel safe and comfortable through the Piercings. I thank Him so much. He’s very talented and skilled. I probably will get Pierced more.

Dana Stopped in for a quick consult/estimate on the repair and adjustment of my 12 year old wedding ring. It was missing a side diamond and the prongs were loose. I also wanted the rings seperated (all three were saudered together). Eduardo was super helpful and very fair with his price so we moved forward and it was ready in a day!! Very satisfied with the final product!!! Highly recommend Flores!!

Any sizing or cleaning or repairs are all done by Cody in house . Cody is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job ! Also the custom design is a great asset that you can’t just find everywhere. Cody does a great job! You will not be disappointed!

Katie I cannot recommend Mia enough! My fiance used her to design my engagement ring and the final product was absolutely stunning. I love my ring, its beautiful and perfect. Mia is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the process with ease.
