Jenny Leo Absolutely LOVE this jewelry store! The customer service is phenomenal! The lady whom I see when I go in to browse or give hints to my husband for purchases for anniversaries, mothers day, and birthdays is always so kind and informational. One day we talked about almost every trinket box like the two my husband has purchased for me and the beautiful one of a kind Jades that are all different that come from Guatemala. The owner goes to Guatemala and buys from locals who also make the beautiful colorful bags they put your jewelry in. The music is uplifting in the store and the atmosphere is inviting! If you are downtown and looking to browse or looking for that right piece of jewelry or trinket for someone special I would recommend stopping in at Harringtons! I promise you wont be disappointed! Nina Friedman I worked with Priscilla at Steve Quick and I had an amazing experience. In my original engagement ring, made my a different company, the 3 prongs for my pear-shaped diamond kept moving and my stone kept count loose (which happened 3 times over 1.5 years). I brought my ring to Steve Quick and they remade it - it’s perfect! Priscilla kept the dainty look which I liked so much in my original ring, while making it much sturdier. My diamond isn’t going anywhere now! I will be back.

Molly Logan I walked into the store randomly needing to get a wedding band for my upcoming wedding. The sales people were very attentive and listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push something more on me. They showed me different options and were able to give me the exact band that I wanted within 30 minutes. I have bigger fingers so needed a size than they had in the store but went to their sister store upstairs and got what I needed. A fair price and great service. There were several other people in there bringing jewelry to be fixed or customized so even as an out of town person I can tell it’s a respected business. Highly recommend.
