5 /5 Jack Grossman: Needed a new battery in my Casio and googled Johnston Jewelers. It was about 50 miles round trip to this store but a nice day for a ride. I first called the store to make sure that they can change the battery. When I got there I was helped right away. I gave the watch to a sales person and she went into the back room and came out and asked if I could come back in an hour where upon I told her that I just drove 25 miles to get here. She then made the effort to get me a new battery which I appreciated. After about 15 minutes another associate (very friendly) came out and presented me with my watch which was now set to the correct date and time and running. I also appreciated this extra step. The store had plenty of parking and was easy to get to and would highly recommend this establishment!

5 /5 Jason Peters: Wonderful experience!! Having the expertise of a real jeweler walk you through the details of the market and their capabilities is an incredible difference. I’ve never experienced anything like this at the “chain” stores. What a blessing for Centralia and the surrounding area or anyone on the web for that matter. My wife was able to get an amazing customized set put together that we will cherish forever. Admittedly we are doing better financially now after 26 years of marriage and I’m excited to find Jeremy Johnston and his wonderful team to help with the well overdue upgrade. The patience displayed with us in the process was incredible!
