Caitlin Norris I am never disappointed when I come in or go through the window. Each and every one of these lovely workers r eager to help. For instance one day I walked in and I wasnt in a very good mood until I seen all 3 tellers trying to coax me to their window. I felt so special tht I had forgotten why I was feeling the way I was.

AMFB Dixie Lynn got right on my concerns of such high payments that I just couldnt make. I had went EVERYWHERE & talked to EVERYONE I could and it was always that they couldnt help or either it was even higher payments! Not the case with Dixie, I actually thought she had got something wrong when she told me the price she got it down to. You just dont find genuine, good hearted ppl everywhere these days, but Dixie Lynn is one of those ppl I was lucky enough to run across. Nora P After reading the horrible reviews I put off renewing my tag until the last possible moment. I did it online last year when I first moved up here. This was a classic example of reviews misleading a person. I have been in many tag offices across several states and this office was bafar the best and easiest tag office to deal with. When I was greeted by the officer working the metal detectors it was with a smile and joking around behavior. When I got to the actual room I needed the ladies working were polite and very knowledgeable in what was needed. There were a few people in front of me and none of them were just renewing a tag. Each customer in front of me was treated with respect and their questions were answered quickly. When it was my turn it took less than 3 minutes for me to pay for my tag, get it and head out the door. Sometimes bad reviews are written for the wrong reasons. I look forward to continuing to do my business at this office.

I gave a 1 star review because of my problems I have had but i am going to push that aside and say thank you Angela for your compassion. I have had billing issues and customer service issues with certain people and just didnt understand how I can have so much problems with a water bill. Anyways, she bypassed a policy and helped me out. I get we have instructions to follow but when we go way and beyond for customers, thats what its about.
