1 /5 Michelle Gambler: The heavy set woman (Not Making fun of her)was very rude and has no customer service skills I’ve never been late on my payment always been early this one time that I forgot about it and she was the rudest person I’ve ever had! Pay off my loan next month, and I will never borrow from them again every other time that I’ve ever been in there Haley has always taken care of me. She is very nice and sweet never had a conflict with her at all again I will not go back in there, I was so mad I didn’t even get her name !

Me & my mother came in & she had an automatic attitude by slamming papers down after politely asking for the receipts, she then made a slick comment, “You want to see the contract too?! When will you pay.” Then another comment, “Why can’t you look me in my eye?” We respectfully left. & Rather mail, no personal contact.
