5 /5 Sherri Kellum: I was very impressed with Emily & Miranda. My 16-year-old daughter had gotten lost trying to cash her checks and the bank was closing very soon. I asked her to call to see if they could help her with directions. Not only did they help my anxious daughter with finding them they also stayed open past time to help her. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this branch and hope to thank them both in person one day. My daughter was very upset and left very happy.

2 /5 Herron Mike “HERN”: They never have enough help here, lines are usually long, ATM is always broken. Just a jumbled mess of a "bank". Im about ready to switch to somewhere else.

5 /5 Gary Pink: On July 8, 2025 my wife’s phone was hacked and immediately Diane, the branch manager was able to freeze our account allowing money to be deposited and no withdrawals. Diane set up a new account immediately and monitor both accounts until we got all finances & Security issues changed. Superior Professional Bank and Bank Manager Averted a Personal Cyber Catastrophe.
