Cotton States Insurance - Griffin (GA)

2 /5 Diane Brownlee: One of there customers drove thru my fence and Cotton States does not want to pay for fixing it. And you cant even get anyone to call you back from there. I would advise anyone not to have Cotton States for your Auto Insurance let alone any other type of Insurance. When the Adjuster (Sherry Sexton) finally called me back, she was rude and short with me on the phone. I do not recommend them to anyone.

5 /5 Rick: I have been a Country Companies/ Country Financial customer since I was 16, and Im now 64. Ten years ago we moved here from Illinois and Byron Brock and staff have been phenomenal, to say the least. Ive shopped around and no one has beaten prices on home owners, vehicles, boats, motorcycles etc. During tropical storm Irma we suffered damage and we were well taken care of immediately! I had paint damage on one of my trucks and the entire truck was repainted, shop of MY choice, with a lifetime warranty. Anything weve questioned or asked, weve been VERY well attended to.
