1 /5 Drew: Will turn your water off WAY before due date of bill for no reason. Must hate poor people I guess.

I did everything the paper work the 100$ dep and I get shit off.. because someone failed to tell me that they need everyones ID thats on my lease When I got the water turned on.i did my job you failed to do yours. ...linemen work is dirty and to not have water to take a shower after work.Thanks alot

1 /5 Selena Flynn: They love shutting your water off. What utility company shuts the water off when you havent even received another bill yet? I guess that huge 50.00 bill was gonna break them. Thanks for being so concerned about your customers that during this time when people arent working you dont give them a second notice or longer grace period. I would call and complain but I dont need the office manager threatening me with not turning it back on like he did before when I dared complain.. Power trip much? The ladies who work there are always nice so Im not griping about them.

5 /5 Selena Flynn: I have to change my review because I met the most wonderful lady who works for the city of Toccoa. She was so kind and helpful. So just for the fact that she works there I have to change my thinking about the water department. Marcella is a treasure.

5 /5 Jonathan Hodges: Angela in the water department is a amazing human being! I gave a 1 star review because of my problems I have had but i am going to push that aside and say thank you Angela for your compassion. I have had billing issues and customer service issues with certain people and just didnt understand how I can have so much problems with a water bill. Anyways, she bypassed a policy and helped me out. I get we have instructions to follow but when we go way and beyond for customers, thats what its about. Angela I truly appreciate your customer service
