Darlene Crittenden I needed some old bank statements. I live an hour and a half away from Delta Community Credi now. I called and booked an appointment. I was told that my transaction could be managed on a Saturday and was given an appointment for that day just to get there and be told that it could not. The person that I saw went to speak to the manager and stated that the manager said that I just had to cone back during the week; no other recommendations offered. I came back the following week and thats when I met Russ Nuss. I must say that my confidence in this particular bank was zero up until I met him. He managed my business so smoothly and professionally I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. While there and just talking, I found out that my business could have been implemented on the Saturday that I was there had the manager/ staff known what to do. Delta Community Credit have a hidden gem in Mr Russ. Please know that he represents your bank well. His expertise shines too brightly to be tucked away in his work cubicle.
