2 /5 Beth Davis: The good: In person customer service and speed of service. The bad: Mobile deposits are always declined (even with Deposit to BON) written on the back. Online transfers Take at least 4 business days to transfer to an external account. Hours are inconvenient for working people. Online transactions do not give balances after each transaction. The website is ancient and doesnt offer a lot of choices. I opened an account here because I wanted a local bank, but this one is NOT for me.

Im so thankful they allow me to buy rolled coins. my grandchildren and I are doing a coin collection. The ladies at the bank make me feel comfortable which means a lot to me... If youre looking for a bank this one is it!!!
