They care about my needs and are always fast to help in any situation. I recently worked with Tammy for a policy review for my car and home and she is amazing! She doesnt just talk to you, she listens, which is rare in this day and time. Shes genuine in finding out what you have and need and is fast in responding. Not only did he give me a good quote, he gave me the best customer service. He built a great policy, gave me price comparisons, and explained coverage in a way I understood. He was able to not only save me money on business insurance but also get me better coverage as well in the process. I didnt know much about how it all worked or what some of the things meant but he explained it all to me very thoroughly in a way it would make sense to me. You could tell he was looking out for my best interest and the interest of my business rather than trying to just sell me on something I didnt need for the sake of getting my money like a lot of the other places I spoke to tried to do. Like I said I didnt know much about what I was looking at or signing up for but he worked with me and explained everything in great detail so that I was comfortable and confident in what it was I was purchasing. Its rare to find people who wont take advantage of you these days and I rarely give reviews but he definitely deserves it for being the only honest knowledgeable person Ive encountered during my search for coverage.
