1 /5 Promyse Manns: I’ve been with Handley for years. I didn’t have a problem until I spoke with Abby. She took my information / credit card number and SUPPOSEDLY reinstated my insurance and put it on auto draft. I was assured by Abby everything would be handled. 2 months later I receive a letter from the tax office saying my registration will be suspended due to NO INSURANCE. Abby if you’re not going to do your job find something you will enjoy.

1 /5 Blake Bowling: They are the worst insurance company , nothing ever goes down or stays the same only goes up in price. Nobody does anything to help you save money infact they trick you into coming in late and assure you you have a grace period then hit you with a late fee the very next day . You can’t trust a world nobody says there . You ask how much your payment is and they assure you it’s XXX amount and you have a week grace period but you come the next day and you are being charged extra for being tricked into coming in late … Don’t assure people they can pay it the next day then hit them with a late fee when it could have been payed on time . They will set you up for a late fee and not even mention it until after they trick you to come in late .

1 /5 AJ Davis: I called Handley Insurance last Tuesday, March 7th to receive an insurance an home owners quote. The gentleman that answered the phone seemed really nice. He took all of my information and everything was good until he asked for my drivers license number. He said, do you know your DL# and I responded yes. Just when I was about to give it to him, he asked was my license valid. I was appalled by this question! I have requested many insurance quotes and have never been asked that question before. He never called back to provide the information and I never followed up. Sometimes it feels like racial bias to assume that a persons license isnt valid when I clearly stated that I was getting quotes because I was looking to purchase a car. Im a consumer that pays my policy in full for six months so I guess its their loss because they lost a Great potential customer.
