Synovus Bank - Tifton (GA)

5 /5 Daughter of WW2 Veteran Cox: I like my bank and dont want to move my money to any other banking institution. Ive been one of their customers since they acquired the previous bank, along with the customers. I dont live in Tifton anymore, but it would be nice if Synovus customers had an ATM machine in Cordele, Georgia to do banking. I think it would be profitable for Synovus as well.

1 /5 K Lamarca: Seriously considering moving the account we have there due to horrible customer service and inconvenient hours. Also, you speak to one CS agent and you get one answer and another one tells you something completely different. All they do is route you to a call center anyway. There is no such thing as customer service any longer and banking is a prime example. It has been steadily going downhill for First Community for years. They certainly are not a "hometown" bank and have not been for years. Evidently they dont really care about their customers and their business. The customer service agents constantly talk over their customers instead of LISTENING and finding out what the customer needs.

4 /5 Victor Clay: I dont get it if I only got 800 or less I get charged 10 per month I did my homework I found a another bank that dont charge you per month per with this bank since I was 15 years old
