1 /5 Marcy Wimbush: I have enjoyed banking with Delta until today. They locked my debit card, and I’m not really sure why, but when I called about it they basically told me I was out of luck until regular business hours (it’s Sunday morning). This is crazy to me. When I called, I sat on hold being transferred from one representative to another, who gave me conflicting information, then waited about 25 more minutes for a supervisor. They said they don’t have the authority to unblock cards. My thing is, I’m all for protecting people’s money/accounts, but you have to have a way to unblock cards at all times as well once they verify it’s not fraud. In light of this situation I will unfortunately be switching the main bank I use, because it is beyond inconvenient.

She went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and every issue I had was resolved efficiently. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly attitude made a potentially stressful situation smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to excellent customer service, and Mrs. Yancey truly stands out. I’m incredibly grateful for her help today—she’s a true asset to Delta!

5 /5 Darlene Crittenden: I needed some old bank statements. I live an hour and a half away from Delta Community Credi now. I called and booked an appointment. I was told that my transaction could be managed on a Saturday and was given an appointment for that day just to get there and be told that it could not. The person that I saw went to speak to the manager and stated that the manager said that I just had to cone back during the week; no other recommendations offered. I came back the following week and thats when I met Russ Nuss. I must say that my confidence in this particular bank was zero up until I met him. He managed my business so smoothly and professionally I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. While there and just talking, I found out that my business could have been implemented on the Saturday that I was there had the manager/ staff known what to do. Delta Community Credit have a hidden gem in Mr Russ. Please know that he represents your bank well. His expertise shines too brightly to be tucked away in his work cubicle.
