1 /5 Amanda Patsy: This bank is a joke! I have literally been sitting in the drive thru at the window for over 34 minutes! All I am doing is making a single deposit! That’s it! Don’t waste your time coming to this location!

1 /5 Brenden burtchaell: Pretty sure the people working here are lost Talked to a lady told her I’d be there in an hour and half to withdraw an accidental deposit she said okay then I get to the bank and some lady upfront tells me “its outside of the hour limit to be able to withdraw it” and told me someone was suppose to call me back telling me that yet no missed calls and did nothing to help Complete waste of time

1 /5 M j: I have been with out a debit card for over a month. Talked with numerous ppl about sending a replacement that was never sent. They said they were ordering me a new card but instead issued an atm card that never came. The replacement cards they gave me also did not work. I had to call at least 3 times about these cards and no one could tell me why it was not working. Wasted so much time and energy to still not have a card. Now i have to wait another 7-10 days because this branch ordered the wrong card.

1 /5 Theresa Nguyen: Customer service here today was horrific. I forgot the lady’s name but she was there around noon working on the drive thru. I came through and provided my debit card along with my driver’s license. Usually when you make a deposit with an ID, they’ll print out your balance too. This teller didn’t. So I got out of my car and went inside to tell her I needed the balance. She said I have to “tell [her] because it’s an extra step [she] has to do”. Ma’am, I provided you my ID and as a previous banker and teller, you provide their balance automatically. I also have never had this issue with any other tellers at any Truist locations but here. It seems like every other teller knows when you provide your ID, that you automatically include the balance as well. All the reviews about this location are accurate.

1 /5 Paris Franklin: Do NOT open any type of acct here. I opened a checking account, and before I could receive the debit card they locked my account. Which the branch leader opened and set up for me. I switched my direct deposit and all they care about is “verifying my id” as if I even had a chance to make a transaction or sign into my bank account. My direct deposit has been sent to that acct and I’m about to have to find another bank because this is so unprofessional of them. And it’s been almost 2 weeks since the debit card should have arrived. Still no debit card. 0 stars, terrible bank. I hope the scammers suck them dry and put them out of business!
