1 /5 Theresa Nguyen: Customer service here today was horrific. I forgot the lady’s name but she was there around noon working on the drive thru. I came through and provided my debit card along with my driver’s license. Usually when you make a deposit with an ID, they’ll print out your balance too. This teller didn’t. So I got out of my car and went inside to tell her I needed the balance. She said I have to “tell [her] because it’s an extra step [she] has to do”. Ma’am, I provided you my ID and as a previous banker and teller, you provide their balance automatically. I also have never had this issue with any other tellers at any Truist locations but here. It seems like every other teller knows when you provide your ID, that you automatically include the balance as well. All the reviews about this location are accurate.
