Regions Bank - Winder (GA)

1 /5 Dixie Robinholt: One minute you have a refund pending.the next its gone and the bank says it takes 3-5 days to post. Merchant already sent an email stating its been refunded. So, 46.10 magically GONE from my account after the "new" app says its pending for my account. Sounds like theft to me. Make sure to watch your accounts on this new app. Lots of funny business going on. So heres a newsflash they are also not doing early pay. You wont get your money on Wed it will be Thursday. This bank has hit an all-time low. And customer service sucks.

1 /5 Richard Stephens: If I could give a zero I would. So for two years my wifes pay has been deposited at noon on Wednesday for early pay. Surprise today no early pay. No one can give answers. This new system and app SUCK. I am taking my business elsewhere. There is NO early pay anymore. Its all a lie.
