Ms MChell Today I experienced a very pleasant visit at the Downtown Jonesboro TRUIST Bank.... I hadnt been to this location in a while. Because I normally travel to Fayetteville or McDonough intentionally as to avoid the Jonesboro location!!! However I have observed since Oct-Nov 2023 a very welcoming change in the Customer Service & promptness provided by the Bankers in the Front Lobby... Specifically; Relationship Banker: Mr. KHALIL LINSEY Always has a very pleasant demeanor, very professional and always attentive to all his customers need with a smile.... Most people are quick to right BAD Reviews.... So today I wanted to be quick to right a GOOD Review... Keep Up the Excellent Customer Service that you are providing to your customers Mr. KHALIL LINSEY & ALL!!! You are truly making a wonderful difference in our banking experience at the Downtown Jonesboro location.

Christopher Rodney was exceptionally good at what he does. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. The process was smooth, fast and efficient. This repair process is the fastest I’ve ever seen. Angela Amey Went up there today 6-16-25 and I seen the admissions office side was closed, so I knocked on the door at the financial aid office and I heard the employees talking, but when I said hello they got quiet and completely still. They didnt even come to the front to answer my question that I had. They sat in their cubicle pretending to be quiet your lazy pitiful for that. If you dont want to work or move from your desk then go home and sit on your butt. Barely an get anyone to answer the phone so its best to go up to the school if trying to reach anyone at the liberty campus. But you can always reach someone to talk to if you call the main Savannah tech campus in Savannah. Over the liberty campus staff in the front office are very friendly and nice.

Kathie Williams Bonnie was great! As a small business owner is s hard sometimes to find a lender that understands my tax reporting. She not only understood, she was able to look through all of my paperwork and determine I qualified for a loan very quickly.
