I’ve made all my payments if not before payment was due I’ve made them within the grace period…they still treat me like I just robbed them!!! DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!!! I regret getting a loan with them and I regret the day I took the phone call FROM THEM asking if I’d be interested in a personal loan. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

1 /5 Sandra Bell: I paid my truck off in March 2018 and they were suppose to send me my title through the mail never got it and now its July 31st and i still dont have my title called them and talked to Tammy and she pretty much told me that they sent it out and her boss would pay for another title because they sent it to the wrong address that i havent stayed at in 3years so she said it was the state fault...I wont be going back with this company very unorganized

1 /5 Tammy Carden: I have gotten loans at this place for years the last loan that I got I was going through hard time so I consolidate my loan with a consolidating company these people did not want to work with me on the consolidation they summon me and about so that made the bill go up that much higher cuz I had to pay court costs then 4 months later they garnish my check I had to borrow some more money so they wouldnt garnish my check I used to speak highly of these people thought they were fair and understood how people have hard time in life but they are money hungry people that really dont care nothing about you and they will do whatever it takes to get their money and then some I feel betrayed
