Billy Called this place twice to ask for consulting about a Roth IRA. First time I called and the receptionist said she wrote down my number wrong and the second time she said that she would have Mike Williams call me in one hour. Nobody called me. This place is a joke and has horrible service. They do not value their potential customers.

Peter Chiarelli I worked with this firm for about 4 years while I was a student up in Georgia. The team was always incredibly friendly and my agent Chris was such a genuine human. Very responsive, professional, and always would explain everything to me in simple terms. He always wanted me to get the best rates & would commonly say, "I know its not as cheap as you like so I encourage you to shop around and see if you can find cheaper quotes." Not many people would simply tell their client to check out other places. Goes to show he truly wanted to help find me the best rate not just get the money. Words cannot thank them enough. Marti Riley Bush The one ATM you can access after the bank closes never works! Theyre only open until 4PM Monday through Thursday. The only day they are open passed 5PM when most people get off work is Friday and then it is only until 6. So good luck getting your bank business done. To top it all off they are closed on Saturdays, and the only other ATM is inside the bank!! Rather its a local decision on how this bank runs or a corporate decision they really need to get it together.

They are so polite and professional in the beginning because they want your money but later on they will not act in a professional manner at all. You call the office and they tell you to call back later and when you do they will not answer. Of course manager doesn’t care because it’s all her people. Go else where with your business.
