1 /5 John Glacier: Some employees here are great, but dang. There are better banks out there. Costumer service (specifically phone) is lacking. Each person will have a different answer or variation. You’ll get told to call branch, but they don’t pick up or return voicemails.
I appreciate good card security, but sometimes the card will get declined without a notification about why. And yes, I had money in it.
Best thing is, partially my fault for not changing my deposit account and not being aware of a service monthly fee) but they received a deposit on a CLOSED account and didn’t even get a email about it. I had to submit a complaint so they can inform me that it was received and they took money I owed. Can’t believe it took a complaint to talk to someone.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s an okay bank if you’re local. I’d recommend it if you don’t plan on using it in the area. I will say, switching banks is possibly the greatest banking decision I made.
