kevin swiney I moved from Atlanta to Gaylesville Alabama just a few minutes over the state line so Im in Rome a lot. I saw the new branch and thought wow thats the most beautiful bank...I have to join! Lucky me, I read the digital sign out front that read "anyone can join." After waiting almost an hour before anyone would help me I was told because of my Alabama address I could not join. "Anyone" in this case means anyone that meets certain criteria. It is because of that sign and my wasted hour that I give this bank a low rating.

LaShurta Simmons Essence does a great job in making sure your credit is well taken care of. She is available to answer any questions and guide you in the next steps. Although my part is still work in progress, I have seen positive results. I will continue to trust Essence to get my credit to where it needs to be.
