1 /5 kevin swiney: I moved from Atlanta to Gaylesville Alabama just a few minutes over the state line so Im in Rome a lot. I saw the new branch and thought wow thats the most beautiful bank...I have to join! Lucky me, I read the digital sign out front that read "anyone can join." After waiting almost an hour before anyone would help me I was told because of my Alabama address I could not join. "Anyone" in this case means anyone that meets certain criteria. It is because of that sign and my wasted hour that I give this bank a low rating.

1 /5 Philip Hunt: I have been a good customer for many many years always made my payments on time always made them on the day. It was due bar money and paid it back, etc. have a savings account there. What I wanna know is why can’t y’all answer your phones anymore and send emails like you promised to send your customer Service is gone down the drain.

1 /5 Jaded Jaz: Horrible customer service. Called multiple times to speak to a loan officer in September 2024, no calls back until December, now being threatened with their creditor despite no one reaching back out to me even after leaving voicemails to multiple people. They’ve offered no assistance with the issues with the loan. They took money out of my account without my consent even though we agreed to speak again in 2 days, which was my son’s 1st Christmas. They don’t care. Been with this bank since i was 16 years old and the lack of compassion or communication is astounding. All they are is a money grab company now and they DO NOT care about their members livelihood at all. I truly hope they’re happy with theirselves.

1 /5 Amelia Smith: L Miller is extremely arrogant, flippant and rude. She chastised me for needing a personal loan and then made the whole loan process extremely uncomfortable by making comments on my debt consolidation. I didn’t come to CVCU for her unsolicited financial advice, I came there for a loan.

1 /5 Velvet Clay: I hate going to any location in Rome now. Terrible customer service. Delayed email responses. Unwillingness to go out of their way. They certainly dont know me by name. I miss Tammy on Dean St. Andy wont response to you even though his commercials would leave you to believe he is "hometown". And be warned they can take your money and move into any account you have if you owe them money!
