1 /5 Jaded Jaz: Horrible customer service. Called multiple times to speak to a loan officer in September 2024, no calls back until December, now being threatened with their creditor despite no one reaching back out to me even after leaving voicemails to multiple people. They’ve offered no assistance with the issues with the loan. They took money out of my account without my consent even though we agreed to speak again in 2 days, which was my son’s 1st Christmas. They don’t care. Been with this bank since i was 16 years old and the lack of compassion or communication is astounding. All they are is a money grab company now and they DO NOT care about their members livelihood at all. I truly hope they’re happy with theirselves.
