1 /5 pastel vybz: Tbh I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I had to. The most unprofessional place of business I ever been & then so called manger is very rude! Yells & scream at you thru the phone then Hang up in your face when you ask a simple question. Please if you need to get your taxes filed look the other way! Anywhere but here, I rather let Stevie wonder do my taxes than to ever go back here again! Such a headache NEVER AGAIN

1 /5 Bernice Clark: I had no problems with them last year but this year took a turn for the worse.The manger & yes very rude!! she will most definitely hang up in your face when you ask a simple question. When working with people you have to have a good attitude & be professional clearly two of the things she doesn’t have.. you’ll lose a lot of business like that but honestly I wish nothing but the best & I hope she works on her attitude if she’s going to be dealing with people

1 /5 Tiffany Smith: They are horrible to use . They do not answer the phones ! They are unprofessional and rude!!!!! They do not return calls . The "manager hung up on me twice and told me they would call the police dep on me for simply asking a serious question about my taxes"......I do not recommend them at all. I would never ever use them. I inphazise!!!
