1 /5 Caleb Jarrett: Hands down the worst bank Ive ever had the displeasure of visiting they insisted it was too late to help me despite there being 2 whole hours left. Employees lied to me about appointments. The task took about 10 minutes at a different location yall go ahead and never bank here.

1 /5 Amy Harris: We got $100 out of the ATM, of course it is dispensed in 20s. We were giving the money as a birthday gift and wanted to give a 100 dollar bill instead of 5 20s. My husband went in and asked if they would give him the 100 dollar bill. They asked for his account number. We dont bank here, it just happened to be the first bank we passed. They wouldnt exchange the 20s for the 100.!?! Seriously?? We went across the street to ingles. Thanks Ingles!

5 /5 Soren Dresch: The Madison Regions Bank has a branch manager who cares about all of Regions customers, after expressing my displeasure being treated like a person in line at the DMV he rolled out the red carpet for an old client and made everything right. 1 /5 Nichole Mesik: Quite possibly the worst bank ever since they became "big". Not sure they know how to spell customer service. Weve been customers for 12 years and will be looking for a new bank ASAP. Constant problems with posting mobile banking deposits- forget about "immediate availability", deposited 4 days ago and still hasnt shown up in the account. Last time I tried to deposit a mobile check for immediate availability it NEVER showed up. This inexplicable delay in "immediate" posting has bounced checks with no apologies. And trying to get someone on the phone??? 33 minute hold time without an answer the first attempt, and finally gave up after 48 minutes. No local numbers available to speak to a live person- just the 800 call centers.

1 /5 John Orr: This review is for Regions Bank generally, not this branch. They are the worst to work with. Everything requires walking into a branch and when you cannot access your account and need to reset password, they ask questions that you cannot answer since you cannot access your account online - UGH wait and wait to get no-service. Im closing this account and going to Bank of Madison or somewhere where customer service and customers mean something.
