1 /5 Thames: This bank is terrible, they ignore phone calls and do not return calls when you leave a message. I called 8 times just to have someone pickup and hang up on me at 3:45 pm.I will be leaving this bank ASAP! There are other banks that are better than this one!

1 /5 Jeremy Perez: The worst banking experience ever. They refuse to clear checks even after funds are released from the checks source. Been days holding money my hostage. Clerks smile and giggle like its fun to cause people financial headaches. Behavior of children from management. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment. Its disgraceful.

1 /5 marty teston: For years we had only savings account that we kept depositing 15% of our pay while me and wife stayed gone working as team CDL drivers. My wife had stroke 2 years ago, and we left 50 to 100 in savings. We cant afford high dollar rent so went R&R to finance camper to live in. This first place to finance, went there they say owe closed savings account 226.00 owed on savings account we did not do. They refuse to investigate and remove, will not finance camper until 226.00 paid that is not our debt but bank did this. We have contacted other agencies for help along with reporting this bank for wrong doing. We paying 2000 a month rent and on verge being homeless live in car and buying camper a lot cheaper. 226 might not seem a lot owed, but a lot to my wife when she cant work and I only draw social security.

2 /5 Brian Manning: The loan office is great The problem I have with this bank. They do not care if you live on a budget. I make x amount. . To live on and if I am one penny short before I can make another deposit, they do not give you any grace period . They’ll charge you a $30 late fee. As of today they charge me with three before I can put money in the bank. I do not get paid until the afternoon. Will be closing this account very soon. I have never had a bank calls me so much stress

5 /5 Denny Adams: I needed a car and really thought I would have to go to a buy here pay here place and get hammered by the interest rate. But I went to AFCU, just going through the motions. Didnt expect to get approved. Felt like the castle janitor going to slay the dragon with a mop handle. Boy, was I surprised when I got the money, at a decent interest rate. I was able to deal with the car salesman on my terms. Had to go to Jacksonville, but thats another story. Erica, Rachel and Brenda in the loan department gave me excellent customer service.
