1 /5 Jessie Griffis: By far the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. Julie smithie to be more specific. Can never get her on the phone or to call you back, but will call you when she’s excited to tell you some bad news. Her and I had a couple of conversations that were not pleasant. After speaking to CEO Mary, I let her know the nasty things her branch manager said and the attitude she had on the phone and made nothing but excuses. By the end, I was out of town working l, and get a phone call that they have locked my cards and bank account, and terminated it as well. Luckily another credit union was there to save my day, and left me with nothing but positivity. There is not one positive thing I could say about this bank. I would definitely explore your options, because they are hiding behind a mask at the beginning of your journey with them. Hope this review helps you eliminate banks off your list of options!
