5 /5 Diane: Super sweet employees at this UPS Store! Deborah went above and beyond helping an elderly couple who were having trouble with their transaction. It was heartwarming to see her patience and kindness. Excellent customer service like this makes all the difference, I definitely recommend coming to this location!

Second, Shelby was the MOST helpful person we’ve ever encountered at a UPS Store. She was so patient and knowledgeable to help us with our Amazon return. This employee deserves a raise and company recognition! Stellar customer service! Highly recommend this store, especially if Shelby is working!

She dropped what she was doing to help me and even showed concern for my wallet when she offered to look up the cost of overnighting something before I decided. Haley is very efficient and made my transaction one of the easiest I’ve ever had. I hope her UPS superiors realize what a valuable asset she really is!

5 /5 t j: I have now been to this location twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time the manager took care of me and was very nice, courteous and professional. Today, I had a very polite young girl take care of me. Her name was Shelby (like the car designer & mustang). I must have walked in with a blank look on my face because she immediately came to my aid as I attempted to do an Amazon return without a box for a Bible I had purchased. She walked me over to the machine and thru the step by step process. Having moved here from out of state a few months ago, it was lovely to see someone so young who is generous and considerate in her attitude and professional approach. Thank you!
