I called his office the other day and one of his team members picked up with the friendliest tone. I was not able to speak with Dean because he was out of the office and left a message. Within MINUTES I received an email from Dean letting me know he received my message and would return with his answer shortly. These days, it is hard to find anyone to return your calls or messages and I cant tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to receive a quick response.
