The price of insurance may be higher than some but definitely worth it for the customer service you receive. Lisa is upfront and honest with what she sells and gives advice that is best for your needs.
1 /5 Marcia Frame: I had a claim on 12/26. It took 2 weeks for Adjuster to arrive. He had a negative attitude. Told me it wasn’t from my roof. Roof inspection confirmed the leak. Then he sent my claim check to the wrong address after it was confirmed. My house is still half ripped up. Still no claim money and it’s been a month. I’ve paid premiums for 20 years and have been treated so terribly by a company. I’m 64 and on fixed income.

Local agent is friendly and helpful though and provides the local homegrown service.
