2 /5 Lee Porterfield: This place canceled my policy after having it for years because they said something about it was zoned for agriculture not a home but what it actually was is I had zoned the house and two acres for residential and the other 20 something acres that joined the home was zoned for agriculture and this was done a decade before I got the house insured with these people and it was fine then??? So when I got the notice that they would be canceling my policy I called them to discuss this facts but they wouldnt have any of my explanation they said that I had to go to the tax office and get proof???? Which is weird as those records are public and they could have pulled it up their self? In any case Covid hit before I could get back up there(I live in a different city) so there were shut down so by the time the quarantine was over my policy had been canceled and they will not even meet with me in person face to face they just refuse to see me and they stopped taking my calls about it? So very unprofessional on many levels and I couldnt get coverage again due to laps in service??? I would stay far away from this business they are awful in so many ways. And I never write bad reviews as mom told me if you do have anything nice to say best to not say anything but I had to put this truth out there to help inform others of there incompetence and unprofessional behavior.
