5 /5 Micah Winters: Tracy Thompson is a blessing! Id been an Allstate customer for my entire adult life. But after the owner sold the business and the rates skyrocketed, it was time for a change. I switched both my home and auto to Tracy Thompson and immediately saw a difference. I actually got more coverage for a better price. She even mentioned discounts I wasnt aware of. More importantly, Tracy was honest and kind. You can tell that shes dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Specifically, I recently had an accident that wasnt my fault. Allstate agreed their insured was liable and I naively believed theyd take care of everything. Then they tried to back out of paying for the repairs. I immediately contacted Tracy who assured me that I could ask for the Allstate agents manager and take my car to a different shop for a second opinion. It worked! Tracy had nothing to gain by taking the time to give me free advice on an unrelated accident. But thats the kind of pride she takes in her business.
