Matt sat with us and transferred all our stuff, updated it and we added a few things. Josh and Jessica are extremely personable as well as professional. We see them every year for our insurance checkup. Anytime there was a claim, absolutely no hassles and everything was explained and then handled quickly. Highly recommend!

Chance Brooker Farmers Insurance has been providing for my family and I for several years now, and I can confidently say that they are a very professional, responsive, and value driven organization. Johnseed McDanieldude I maybe a little biased because I have known Gail and her family most my life. As us country folks say. they are "good people". Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.
