D Ward Insurance - Kennesaw (GA)

Henry Gut I was looking to get insurance quotes for home and auto, and I chose the Austin Taylor group because they were near by. I had been getting Internet quotes which left me frustrated. I went to the office as a walk-in, and was seen by Deb Hroblak. She took my basic information and listened to what I needed. The next day she contacted me with what she had to offer, which wasnt quite acceptable. We made a scheduled appointment, and while we were discussing what she had found, she came across a company with an auto policy acceptable to my needs and price. She also found a home policy I accepted. Had she not had the expertise and determination to not give up, I wouldnt be happy today with the 2 great policies which are saving me money and peace of mind. Im very pleased with Deb Hroblak and the Austin Taylor Insurance Company.

Gary Gary I have to tell how amazing North Points agent JASON KIM is. He took so much time and care explaining each aspect of my home/auto/umbrella policies today. I dont think Ive ever had an agent come close to JASONS willingness to explain things in detail...why or why not an aspect of a certain part of my policy is or is not needful and what each product could potentially afford me if I ever needed to file a claim. Super nice guy, totally personable and extremely customer service oriented. Highly recommend this company and JASON KIM as an agent. No wonder they have so many 5-STAR***** ratings!!!!!
