1 /5 Lalit Mani: If I could give 0 stars I would - we thought we made a good choice by going with R&M insurance and left a 5 star review which I left below. Be WARNED if you have a claim they are the absolute worst at taking care of you. It took 11 days after they were notified of an accident (deer hit) to get any acknowledgment of our need to have the vehicle fixed and a rental car etc which we pay for in our premium. After threatening to contact the state of GA and speaking to multiple people I got the claim moved forward and taken to a repair facility now that the vehicle has been fixed it is sitting at the body shop for 5 days because we can’t get the vehicle released as they can’t validate that the claim check was mailed to the body shop and no one will return the body shops - the level of incompetence from Ken the agent all the way to the claims handler - Kelly Alvarado at Auto owners is mind blowing- I would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to risk paying a premium and have a hard time getting a claim honored - THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST !!! DO NOT be fooled by the smooth talk - it isn’t supported by competent service. What’s the point of paying them for insurance if it’s useless when you need it ? Super nice Agent - Ken helped me save on my car insurance and explained everything to me so I could get the right coverage for my family. I will be buying home owners insurance when it’s due. Thanks R&M insurance.
