Amanda Killeen Dean and his employees are possibly the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I called his office the other day and one of his team members picked up with the friendliest tone. I was not able to speak with Dean because he was out of the office and left a message. Within MINUTES I received an email from Dean letting me know he received my message and would return with his answer shortly. These days, it is hard to find anyone to return your calls or messages and I cant tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to receive a quick response.

Miky Mays I would have to say I have never been more pleased with my experience at this location and with my agent JAINE PONCE! I buy a lot of cars and she will go out of her way to make sure I am covered on short notice. Call the agency and within mins she has me covered. She has even got me covered on her day off! I have never had a better insurance agent nor one that cared for there customers more then her. I have tried diff company’s and they always raise the rates out of the blue. I highly recommend Jaine for anyone looking for an insurance agent she will give you the best deals around and make sure you and your vehicles are covered. 5 out of 5

Tracy Alan Brown Simply the best. Customer service their number one goal. No one wants to talk about insurance but it is necessary. Found an awesome rate on life insurance and bundled home and auto. These folks work hard for your business and harder to keep it.
