Especially recently when Felix reached out to me about renewal of my insurance. Unfortunately at the time I lost my car to a total loss and he was able to fix my policy until I got a new car. The day I was in the process of getting a car he was going to be off that day but passed on my information to Whitni Ward. She was able to let me know about my policy when I told her what I need for my car. She broke it down so simple for me and up to this day she is making sure I’m getting things right and what I would be paying. I appreciate Felix and Whitni for helping me through this process especially something I didn’t expect when losing my car.

I emailed them Monday morning needing a homeowners policy and by then end of the day Crystal had an application ready to sign that was cheaper than anything I could find on my own. Even with bundling with my current auto insurance. Stallings is great!
