John Owen No customer skills. Came in office and the older man asked how he could help. I stated by answering your phone and told him we had tried calling 3 to 4 times aweek for a month since Helene and he responded I doubt that. I td him to look at my call log that I opened and he responded you calling me a liar I said you called me one and my call log proves you one. This office is non-existent Do your self a great favor and go somewhere else.

I would say that the process lasted no more than 10 minutes like it’s it was that quick Shelby did her thing she didn’t waste no time getting me what I needed, I am so grateful for this company. Darius Smith The GreenBriar location was no help at all they system is down and couldnt process payment basically told me my policy canceled cause they tried to take the money out and it wasnt in there (They Draft at 12:01 who jobs pays the at 12:01 in the Am dont worry Ill wait)they I can take my business somewhere else and get another quote (mind you Im your customer trying to pay you the money) was no Help at all and the Gainesville Ga location hung up in my face still waiting on that call back to the only reason they getting 2 stars is because I called two locations with piss poor customer service.....

Teya Miles Tanji is THEE BOMB!!! She held my hand throughout renewing my SR-22. She called continuously leading up to the dates of my policy expiration. She left me endless voicemails to remind me (which I appreciate because of my busy lifestyle) and she was still pleasurable after not answering the phone all those times. She answered all of my questions during follow up, and had great customer service. Thank you Tanji!

Matthew Clark Quickest and cheapest Ive ever heard of getting a bonded title. Staff was very quick, polite and helpful. I only post reviews if I am very impressed or very disappointed and I was very impressed with this service. For my bonded title they gave me all the info I needed to take back to the tag office and instructions to make it easy and the whole process from getting my officer inspection to getting my tag probably only took 2 hours for everything. They are in a great location close to Sheriffs office and tag office making it very convenient. An insurance customer came in to pay his renewal while I was there and they even seemed interested in making sure he was getting the best deal possible. If anyone you know is looking to have a bonded title or something like that I would definitely recommend that you stop in here first. They are a family business who cares about the customer and are very good at what they do. Thank you Andrea and the whole staff!
