1 /5 Savannah Williams: If I could give this NO stars, I would. God forbid you EVER get hit by anyone who has this awful insurance. Took almost 4 months to fix my car after getting hit because nobody ever answers the phones, would not get back to my collision center in a timely fashion, and tried to stop covering my rental car 3 times before my car was actually even fixed. If you get hit by someone with Loya, I hope you know a good lawyer. Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever come in contact with.

1 /5 Villa Garcia: Ive had Fred Loyal for about 6 years. Had my previous car on full coverage and I transitioned my new car. They now claim I signed for liability insurance paying $240 a month. Im financing my vehicle and theres no way I would have signed for liability for a 2012 Infiniti. Thats pretty corrupt if you ask me. Now I have to repair damage a deer did to my car. Edit 2020. So Mr. FRED LOYA decides to charge me a late fee when I tried to call in to make a payment on the 25th of April during COVID-19. My bill is due the 26th which happened to fall on a Sunday which I know would be closed already hence the reason I called the day before on Saturday....they were closed. Why inconvenience your customer by charging a late fee when they are trying to pay a day before. Every other company I pay bills to has been understanding of the pandemic EXPECT FRED LOYA. I called and lady was super rude. Manager was a waste of time as well. Did nothing for me. Once my policy is expired Im leaving after 6 years with them.

2 /5 Darius Smith: The GreenBriar location was no help at all they system is down and couldnt process payment basically told me my policy canceled cause they tried to take the money out and it wasnt in there (They Draft at 12:01 who jobs pays the at 12:01 in the Am dont worry Ill wait)they I can take my business somewhere else and get another quote (mind you Im your customer trying to pay you the money) was no Help at all and the Gainesville Ga location hung up in my face still waiting on that call back to the only reason they getting 2 stars is because I called two locations with piss poor customer service.....

1 /5 Alvarado Oscar (Ozmansolo69): Lousy service lie about their payments lie about deductibles and promise to keep deductibles hidden from car companies which in turn cause people to have to get new insurance happened to me dont trust Loya Insurance not worth a damn or your time
