Chrisv Brookins They are ridiculous. You pay your premium. Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up. This is ridiculous. And this company will be reported

Josh Moore Great customer service. The agent is very professional and informative. They are quick to respond back either by phone or email. Everyone I have dealt with in their office has been very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this agency when looking for insurance.

Mac Howard Tim was our agent for 6 years and I couldnt recommend him more highly. He always made sure we were getting the best rate and getting the right amount of coverage, never pushy or upselling. Spend 5 minutes with him and youll understand why he has all the 5 star reviews. The only reason we had to cancel our coverage is because we moved out of state and Tim even helped us find a great agent in the state we moved to!

T Thomas Lauren was so nice and helpful. She was really attentive and explained some things to me about my policy that I had not realized previously. She also set up a meeting with me next week to go over some other policies I have with them that I haven’t checked/changed in many years. I look forward to meeting with her.
