Unfortunately, I havent gotten a response from him since about 3 months after my policy origination. Ive tried calling and emailing. Even upon my written request, they still do not update my mortgage company when the Homeowners Policy renews. Thankfully, Im very aware of procedures for uploading documents online; yet I consented to a phone call to EMA provided by the Insurance Dept rep for my mortgage company. She tried calling yesterday - no answer. Rep left a very detailed msg. Well see if she gets a response and effective resolution.
