2 /5 SAISHA GRAY: I had to go there for fingerprints for pre employment. I called to attempt to make an appointment, the gentleman I spoke to was rude and said it was walk in basics only. Which I was like ok, well about how long does the process take? Once again "Mr. Personality" stated very abrupt and short: "Just depends on how many people is here!" And he was also the one that did my prints, no "hi" "hello" "have a good day" nothing! Sir, Garrett Noblitt, you may wanna brush on your "people skills" especially since you work with the public daily. On a brighter note, it only take about 10mins. I had went to the Superintendents office in down town Ringgold, and you make an appointment, plus the ladies were very warm and explained ever step.

Todd helped us through those rough new driving years with his and any time Ive had a claim, which has been several, Todd always helped with everything. I love this place!! The customer service is the best !!!

They not only saved me money on my auto policy - but they increased my coverage, adding Renters Insurance for my house AND I am still paying less for all that than I was for just auto insurance before. I definitely recommend giving them a call.
