The service we received from Meg and her staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They handled everything from finding an excellent body repair shop to securing a rental car. Everything was handle quickly and efficiently. But most importantly, to be able to call our insurance agents office and have Meg Wilson, herself, answer the phone speaks volumes! All my interactions have been remotely and things have been seamless in all my transitions and transactions!

1 /5 Gina Smith: Meg and her staff make a lot of assumptions and are not clear on their process, a policy is written once we sign not after a conversational quote. She over charges after she fails to do her job and writes policies under assumptions. She can back date and charge more for a policy but she cannot refund the same policy for her lack of professional service. So, the transactions are one sided. Verbal is not a contract with insurance. The limits that we had on our policy were reduced without any explanation or notice, we set those rates and anytime they are changed the customer should be informed by the staff. Do not recommend! This is the second time State Farm has proven to by unprofessional so we have taken our business to a new agent.
