Eugene L I have used Matrix Insurance for years. Lindsay Cook is my agent and she is awesome. Always available to answer questions and stays on top of my policies. I have used her for many different types of insurance over the years. Workers Comp, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Fire Policies on investment properties, personal insurance services (home and auto) and temporary policies to cover renovation projects. Lindsay is very responsive when I need coverage on something right away or when I need proof of insurance working on commercial projects.

I never write reviews but their servicle level is just unparallel. I had to file 2 claims this year for Car & Home and they took all the fear and anxiety out of the equation. Brittney Oliver ROBERTO. ROBERTO. ROBERTO!!! In just 10 MINUTES on the phone, he solved what the representatives at Tucker couldnt figure out in over an HOUR. The ones at Tucker really tried to make it seem like it was my fault when THEY messed up the tags. Meanwhile, Roberto pure professionalism. He apologized on their behalf and fixed everything like a pro. If you ever need help, dont waste your time with anyone, else go straight to Roberto!!!
