J. R. Mitchell After more than 20 years we filed a claim because of a roof leaking. Not only did Zach, the insurance adjuster leave the door unlocked with the KEY IN THE DOOR, he denied the claim and cancelled the policy. Craig-Massee stated, "When the claim was filed, the claims adjuster went out to check the damage, he noted that everything was packed up in boxes, and that someone had not been living in the home for awhile, even if it is for sale." My 80 year old mother got COVID in February and needed assistance so she was at my brothers house. In the meantime Mom decided to list the property, so my wife and I were packing things up and preparing to list the property. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Jamie Whitaker My Mother was With Nationwide for several years and Her Driving Record is Perfect and she has never had a ticket or a wreck and Nationwide was never asked for anything for any reason including Roadside assistance. Mom Paid I think it was $150+ a month for Liability+ Roadside assistance and So Nationwide sends a letter saying they will not be renewing her Policy and Thank Goodness this happened because Steve at Progressive Saved My Mother over $80 A month!!! Over Half what she was paying at Nationwide. So, I Highly along with Mom suggest if you need insurance or wanna check for lower costs give Steve a Call and You will be treated like Family not Just another Customer. Thanks so much Steve for looking out for My Mother!!!
