Her patience with my questions/concerns and the education she provided about enrolling in health insurance felt more like I was working with a health insurance patient advocate or a social worker, not an insurance agent. Karen F. cared more about getting me the best health insurance policy for my needs and budget than she cared about making a sale or commission. I had so many questions, and she took her time and answered every single one of them. She encouraged me to ask more questions until I had a full understanding of my new policy with Blue Cross Blue Shield-Anthem. If I had a question and she didnt know the answer right off hand, she took the time to do the research and always called me back promptly with an accurate answer. I cant tell you how much that means to someone like me who failed at navigating through what I call "A Broken Healthcare System" and almost died as a result. Mary Stille I was new to the area and a friend recommended this company and I have to be completely honest because ever time I call they are always available to help , since I have gotten my insurance with Choice my rates are lower but I have much better and full coverage now and Jasmine is always so helpful and lets me explain what Im doing and she still finds me a great rate every single time , I wish the rest of my adulthood tasks were as easy or that the companies I work with would all have Jasmine working for them.
