AMFB Dixie Lynn got right on my concerns of such high payments that I just couldnt make. I had went EVERYWHERE & talked to EVERYONE I could and it was always that they couldnt help or either it was even higher payments! Not the case with Dixie, I actually thought she had got something wrong when she told me the price she got it down to. You just dont find genuine, good hearted ppl everywhere these days, but Dixie Lynn is one of those ppl I was lucky enough to run across. Suzanne Howard I want to give a shout out to your employees, Cristy and Jessica. Cristy is a dear friend and while i was satisfied with the insurance company i had been with I just casually mentioned to Cristy about what I had been paying. She quickly went over and beyond to get me a person that could helo me. I realized that Cristy was new to the agency and I had told her i would wait and let her help me when she got her license to sell auto but she quickly told me she just wanted me to save the money and lead me to Jessica. Jessica was prompt in getting with me and answering all questions pertaining to the quote and policy.  Jessica was honest and didnt pressure me at all to switch.  I hate being pressured so i appreciated that. You have 2 great employees and i just felt the need to give a shout out to them.  The world is full of complainers and negativity so I feel like when someone goes over and beyond and does their job i try to complement them.

Jane OGorman I had worked with another Independent Agency since 1990. My wonderful, caring agent retired several years ago and the new agent was nice and efficient but I didnt feel the same connection. I was notified that the agency no longer used the provider I had for years. I discovered my provider was still in Georgia, just not with that agency. I called Dawson Insurance and spoke with Taylor. She was amazing. She was personable and efficient and walked me through all the questions I had. I felt like I had found my old agent again - someone who has my best interest in mind for insurance.
