I received a refund check for $600. My auto insurance went down too. Great customer service. Cam Davis was wonderful. She worked with me to obtain the best prices for my insurance coverage.

Mighty Mouse Tracy Talley State Farm is the only insurance company I will use. The people that work there are professional. They always answer the phone. Always spot on with call backs if they do happen to miss your call. Rates are lower than any other that I’ve checked into. They staff is welcoming and kind. Atmosphere of the actual office its self is calm and clean. Overall I’ve had a great experience and have been with State Farm for seven years.

Carla Leatherwood I bought an insurance policy from Jamie for my home, and he got me a much bigger policy for hundreds of dollars less than I had with my previous insurance provider. He was very helpful & explained in detail what I was getting. About three months later I had a problem with my escrow account with my mortgage company that I could not solve, so I asked Allison if she could possibly help me out with it. The next day she had what I requested approved and put in place. She went above and beyond what she had to do to help me out, and it saved me a lot of time and money. I was very impressed with both Allison and Jamie for the respect and extra time they take making sure their customers are well taken care of and providing such affordable insurance rates.

John Rush Weve been using Alisha Windom Allstate for over 25 years for home, auto, camper, and off-road vehicles. They have always been there to educate us on what protections we need, and to answer the many questions we have! Even if theyve already explained multiple times. I know we can work with any of the agents, including Alisha herself, but Michelle Collins is our go to person. Lamar Elrod At a time when customer service seems to be a lost art. Harold Ramirez has repeatedly gone the extra mile. You never know how good your insurance is until you need it. I was a customer of his for 12 years and never filed a claim. Then I had 3 different times I needed to call on my agent and insurance company. I was involved in 2 accidents and my home flooded. All within 6 months. I could never say enough positive about how he helped me. Harold wasnt there as just an agent, but a friend who genuinely did all he could to help. He earned a customer for life.

Peter Chiarelli I worked with this firm for about 4 years while I was a student up in Georgia. The team was always incredibly friendly and my agent Chris was such a genuine human. Very responsive, professional, and always would explain everything to me in simple terms. He always wanted me to get the best rates & would commonly say, "I know its not as cheap as you like so I encourage you to shop around and see if you can find cheaper quotes." Not many people would simply tell their client to check out other places. Goes to show he truly wanted to help find me the best rate not just get the money. Words cannot thank them enough.
