Exum Sara “Rhi” I moved recently and couldnt get an affordable rate through State Farm in my new state. Its not their fault though. My driving record isnt exactly the best. I had to switch to a different provider. But that doesnt change how I feel about State Farm w/Karen and Brittany. They always tried their level best to give me the best deals, even if it wasnt with them. Not to mention all the times I needed to call on the benefits and how helpful and accommodating they are. If youre in SOWEGA, the Albany area, you def gotta consider this State Farm representative for your insurance needs. They couldnt let you down if they wanted to.

Amaya Today I purchased a car and at the last minute started looking for quotes. Some things have occurred in my past so a low rate wasn’t always an option. I called and got Luis, he was so helpful and patient. He really made my experience great. He stayed on the phone with me while I had other things going on and he was diligent in getting me all my documents that I needed. Was very proficient in making sure I understood the laws. hitesh pambhar This people should not allowed to be in business. 75+ days since I lost the car coz of their client, they still did not paid the money, that is less than worth of my car. Rental was only 2 weeks...that was their COURTESY not my right!! No one ever answer the phone calls/voice mails and barely reply to email with 1 to 10 ratio! No body started working on my claim for whole entire 1 month, and I had to rent and pay on my own. They dont understand the close loop communication. Insurance adjuster replies when you ask why money is not deposited.....SHE SAID...I DON"T KNOW WHERE DISCONNECT IS!!!! Really......???!! you are working in the company, responsible for the claim, and this kind of illerterae, irresponsible and pathatic reply??!! This reply should be good enough to fire someone, who dont communicate with client for weeks and months!!! In general, this complaint is for the Governing bodies rather than the company itself, who have allowed these people to sell the policies....This is totally un acceptable way of business!! They know what they are suppose to do and not doing! People are buying from them probably for the cheaper cost! Victims are like me, who lost the car, no rental, no money for this long!!
