I strongly suggest you give Mr. Carter a call if you are interested in great customer service and affordable insurance coverage. The coverage he found was at a lower costs than the previous provider which was the goal. Keep up the great work!

Anne Rheins I can’t say enough about State Farm, CJ Bray, and his staff. We have used State Farm since 1987 and they continue to provide exceptional customer service. That kind of service is hard to find these days. No worries about getting lost in a telephone loop when you call. Prompt PERSONAL service is ALWAYS available. I am so thankful that that kind of service was consistent even through all the city wide hurricane property destruction. They helped me navigate the claim process through that disaster. Once a year they encourage an in-person, sit-down meeting to review coverage. I am always impressed that this is not a time when they’re trying to sell me more insurance. They are making sure our coverage is sufficient and that we’re adjusting for current needs. For example, when our kids became adults and moved out, they suggested we decrease our umbrella policy! The staff is not sales people…they are on our side, wanting the best coverage for us at the best possible price. Thank you CJ, Jeff and Kristin!

Sarah has provided nothing but excellent service, and is always eager to help and responds quickly. Jared helped getting my policies on the same date of each month, if you are having trouble with an agent getting back with you, MAKE THE SWITCH TO JARED!! This group is the BEST!! They saved me from switching to a totally different company! I Love state farm and didnt want to switch however I needed a more personable agent and Sarah was so helpful when I called and did everything she said she would plus MORE!
