1 /5 Jada L. Bowman: Progressive is the worst insurance company you could possibly go for. They don’t even know how to accept or process a simple payment! I pay all my bills on time so at no point in time should anyone ever be calling me saying my anything is about to get turned off because you didn’t do your job. I called several times to verify that my payment was successful and I was reassured several times that there was no issue with my payment, now all of a sudden … Two weeks later I’m getting phone calls and them threatening to stop my services. This is the most stupid thing I’ve ever been through and I will be moving to a different company ASAP.

1 /5 David Hornbuckle: Very difficult to deal with. Poor communication with underwriting. They do not speak to customers directly, only email. I was asked for documentation prior to completing an auto quote. I sent the documents requested twice. They in turn resent the same email asking for the same documents. I called the sales team and was informed that they have no way to communicate with the underwriting dept.They suggested I send the underwriting department an email asking for a phone call. did so. Instead of a call to clarify what they needed, I got an email stating that phone calls are not permitted. They again attached a request for the same documents I sent in twice. I would have been happy to send something else, if I would have been told what they wanted. This process took a week. I decided to go with another company. I would hate to see their process for filing a claim! Worst insurance experience in 40 years of driving. Not recommended.
1 /5 Dan Akens: Absolutely horrible customer service. They significantly raised my rate before renewal so I didn’t renew with them. I found better insurance and cheaper. They are still sending me bills and customer service can’t seem to figure out I don’t want their policy. And not going to pay them. Avoid progressive at all cost.
1 /5 William Blackwell: Worst insurance company you could ever trust to insure anything you value!!! Progressive denied my claim when lightning ran it through my battery charger and blew out the ECM computer on my Vintage MasterCraft ProStar 190, and the certified MasterCraft mechanic at Kingdom Marine diagnosed the issue was from a power surge caused by lightning, and Victor the adjuster was a total jackass and denied my claim because he and my boat mechanic have a pissing match and Victor has been banned from Kingdom Marines property!!! Get rid of progressive if you ever have a claim they will deny and make you out to be a criminal!!! Awful experience and I now have my boat insured with BoatUS.
Tina Gilmore Today was some kind of day I had to contact acceptance to get new insurance. Wow the guy on the other end of his phone was a lifesaver so grateful that he picked up took his time to find out what I needed Mr. Kilan Jackson. Should be getting a raise for what he did today I listen to him work, our office and the phones at the same time not once getting frustrated or angry as they do sometimes but he took his time and did what was needed for this company So today I wanna tell this young man thank you for what he did and he is so appreciated
